I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to many entertainment options in the city center. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. The reception staff in particular were very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the ironing facilities to the air conditioning and mini-bar, this place truly provided enhanced comfort. I also appreciated the dining options available, with a restaurant on-site that offered delicious meals. The spa and wellness center was a great addition, offering a sauna and massage services. I highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious feel and quality services.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff were overall helpful and friendly which is a big plus as the rest of the hotel doesn't have a whole lot going for it.
The beds were concrete hard, half the room had broken things in it from light switches that didn't work to a broken bathtub. I left my door open for a few minutes and a prostitute entered, the Thai Massage on the top floor was also a bit suss as to whether it was a massage place or a whorehouse masquerading as a massage place. On the upside, the nightclubs there are hilarious in a David Brent type way.

A double bed was comfortable. Just walking distance from Haji Gahwa, where you can have lunch. Free parking on site was provided. We liked staying at mashtan.

good location
Very Noisy. getting calls from prostitutes at the mid-nights (without asking for that service) the hotel is basically for sex trading.

Likes the room service was exceptional and prompt. They provided clean towels and sheets daily. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was located near lively outdoor markets and top restaurants. the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of items to choose from.
Dislikes the room had a musty odor, which was a bit unpleasant. the lighting in the room was dim, making it difficult to read at night.

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, providing a warm atmosphere upon arrival. The hotel is conveniently located near places of entertainment and downtown, making it easy to explore the city.- There were some good restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, offering a variety of dining options.
The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with noticeable cleanliness issues throughout the property. The presence of prostitutes in and around the hotel was uncomfortable and undesirable.
